Custom made "Memory Quilt" by Alexis Parkes.
Alexis Parkes will create a custom blanket using 25 images of your favorite memories - the back or front of sweatshirts, jackets, t-shirts, jerseys, etc. Image should be approx. 17 x 17 square.
Special Instructions
Certificate for this item will be available for pick-up at PVPHS in front of the gym on Tuesday, March 18th, between 8:00am and 10:00am. If winner requests item to be shipped to their home, winner will pay all shipping costs.
