How to reserve your accommodations: Fill out your Passport Check (given to winning bidder)
completely, affix the corresponding stamp and mail it with a $12.50 per night
tax deposit to Holiday Travel of America, 6405 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA
92009. The $12.50 USD tax deposit is required to cover payment of government
imposed taxes. You may make this payment in the form of a check, money order or
certified funds. Please be sure to check the ACCOMMODATIONS box on the Passport
Check.

To have your reservation processed as quickly as possible, be
sure to request two different travel dates, at least seven (7) days apart.
Please indicate your preferences in chronological order on your Passport Check.


When to make your reservation: Submit your reservation request at
least forty-five (45) days before you plan to travel. Since confirmation is
subject to availability at the time of booking, it’s a good idea to place your
request as far in advance as possible. Early reservations are especially
important if you’re planning to vacation during holidays or peak seasons.


Confirmation of your reservation: Holiday Travel of America will
acknowledge your reservation request by telephone or mail within fourteen (14)
days, and will confirm your reservations in writing at least twenty-one (21)
days in advance of your travel date. You will receive a confirmation letter to
present upon check-in. We will make every effort to notify you of confirmation
at the earliest possible date. (If you like, you can confirm your reservations
or make inquiries by telephone; however, please remember we will not be able to
answer your questions until we’ve received your completed Passport Check with
tax your deposit.)

Other travel arrangements: You may, at your
option, book your air travel through Holiday Travel of America, in which case we
may be able to offer you a discounted airfare. Ask your Holiday Travel
reservationist for airfare quotes when we contact you with confirmation of your
accommodations. (If you are making your own travel arrangements, we recommend
that you do not book your air reservations until you are confirmed at the
destination of your choice.)

Cancellation Policy: Confirmed
reservations can always be cancelled or changed; however, a change or
cancellation fee will apply; and guests will be charge the lowest published rate
for one (1) night for non-arrival on the date of your reservation without prior
cancellation.

What’s included and what’s not: This offer is for
accommodations only. Other expenses, such as transportation, food, beverages,
taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges, or incidentals are not included.


Who can use this offer: Complimentary accommodations can be used
by two adults, provided each one is at least 25 years of age and possess two
major credit cards. If you wish, you may include extra guests for an additional
cost per day. Additional room nights are also available at a special discounted
rate.

This Holiday Passport offer is also fully transferable, which
allows you to give it as a gift. If you choose to do so, be sure the recipient
knows and understands the details of participation described here, since all of
them will still apply.

Other important considerations: Passport
Checks are not redeemable for cash or any other consideration.

Any two
or more Passport Checks cannot be used for group travel, or in conjunction with
one another during the same travel period when applied to the same destination.


Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may cause destinations to
become unavailable. While Holiday Travel of America cannot be held responsible
for these occurrences, we will make every effort to offer a substitute
destination. In addition, we are not required to honor any verbal or written
representation that is not contained in Holiday Passports.

This specific
offer is valid through December 15, 2015, subject to destination changes.
