This certificate replaces the $500 initiation fee for the 6 month trial membership. Monthly dues of $145 plus $15 monthly snack bar minimum charge will be charged and sent to you in a statement. Membership must be activated by June 1,2014. All privileges expire within 6 months of activation or by Dec. 30, 2014, whichever comes first. If you elect to join the club after this trial membership we will apply the $500 fee ( this certificate) to the purchase price.
