Susan Naber has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist for 20 years. She is certified through multiple organizations including the American Council on Exercise ( A.C.E ) and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. She is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified in C.P.R. and First Aid.

Susan is especially proficient in training people with back problems.

She works with clients in their own home and brings a variety of fitness equipment with her.
