Moonstone Crossing Wish Upon a Star is a Super Tuscan Style Red Wine with grapes from Amador County's John Bree Vineyards.  This wine is described as a rich and hearty blend of Sangiovese (58%), Cabernet Franc (25%), Cabernet Sauvignon (9%), and Aglianico (8%), with bing cherry, anise, and carnuba wax aromas and bold flavors of cherries and cranberry, caramel and spicewood.  Barrel aged in French oak for 34 months. Neither fined or filtered.
