We used environmentally friendly products to help build Spa Mosaic; Bamboo (an excellent alternative to hardwood made with low emission glues), Kirei Board (a product constructed from the stalks left over after harvest of the Sorghum plant grown in Northern China and around the world, made with non-toxic adhesives), Cork, (made from bark which is peeled away without destroying the tree, and grows back within nine years), Shoji paper (made from Japanese rice products), cement flooring (sealed with non-toxic sealers), 100% recycled glass tiles, Energy Star appliances, AVEDA products (an uninterrupted chain of care from soil to bottle), printed materials (30% post-consumer fibers with vegetable based ink)
