DRIVE ANYWHERE IN THE US! There are no restrictions on mileage or on taking the car out-of-state, but the recipient MUST stay in the U.S.
NO INSURANCE NEEDED! GM has an internal self-insurance system that covers our cars for collision, and we also carry outside liability coverage – so you don't have to use your own insurance.  The only thing our policy doesn’t cover is vehicle contents.
Terms and conditions:
 Winner will be entitled to a one-week loan of car of choice..
Winner must be 21 or older and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
Loan is subject to availability and must begin and end in the Los Angeles / Orange County / San Diego area.
Loan recipient will be asked to sign a release form indicating he/she has not been convicted of the following motor vehicle violations in the past 36 months:
·         Driving while operator’s license is suspended, revoked, or denied.
·         Vehicular manslaughter, negligent homicide, felonious driving or felony with a vehicle.
·         Operating a vehicle while impaired, under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs, or refusing a sobriety test.
·         Failure to stop or identify after a crash (includes leaving the scene of a crash, hit and run, giving false information to a law enforcement officer).
·         Eluding or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer.
·         Traffic violation resulting in death, catastrophic injury, or serious injury.
