Amnestic Ales is brewed by Franklin father, Jeff Moses.  The winner will receive a 4-pack variety of beer with custom labels created by ITA 4th Grader, Nylah LaVigna. 

1.Valentine's Love Potion- A rich, dark brown and smooth ale with medium body and hoppiness. The use of high roasted malt gives this beer its dark color and roasty flavor.  The added chocolate flavoring at bottling produced a sweet, almost dessert-like taste makes it a great after dinner drink, aahh chocolate!

2. Left Coast Ale-An American style amber color Pale Ale with Cascade hops for finishing which gives this beer a "West Coast" character like a Sierra Nevada beer. 

3. Wedding Celebration-An American-style wheat beer with raspberry extract, refreshing, no hoppy bitterness, light taste like a basket of fresh picked raspberries.

4. Charlie Brown Christmas-An American brown ale like Pete's Wicked Ale; medium brown color with a hoppy finish. Less carbonated like an English ale, so serve it at room temperature.
