Yoga of energy flow: a yoga class for you and up to six of your friends with Kerry Evans (mom of Nicholas in Lower Elementary).
Yoga of Energy Flow is a dynamic and creative class with flowing sequences of postures and movement that are designed to deepen the breath, strenghthen the body, and awaken the spirit. Classes draw inspiration from Meridian Yoga, Yin Yoga, and often incorporate inspirational readings and prananyama (breath work).
All levels welcome.

Pick up Information: Winning bidders may pick up items from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 3 & Friday, April 4, 2014 in the Riverbend business office, 6 Auburn Street, Natick. If you are unable to pick up your item(s), please contact Fadia Brangwynne at fbrangwyne@rvbs.org to arrange for shipping. Winner will be responsible for all shipping costs.
