Needham Music & Dance specializes in teaching beginners! What’s the best age to start lessons? Most students are older than 7, younger than that we recommend a trial lesson to see if they are ready. We provide private lessons, summer camp group lessons, group guitar lessons, and preschool.

Private lessons are 1 on 1 so the student can be matched to their style and learn at their own pace. Lessons are 30 minute or 60 minute. Our teachers are all professional teachers with music degrees or professional performing experience, who are experienced in teaching beginners.
