Located just 3 blocks from Sequoia Elementary, at 468 Boyd Road, the Pleasant Hill Aquatics Swimming Pool is a member owned private swim facility. When you purchase a membership with the PHA Swim Club you become part owner of the facility and property. The pool provides a rich tradition of community activity and camaraderie and is a place where families and friends gather from April to October to cool off, exercise, barbecue and socialize.

The Winner will be responsible for taking over pool membership, payment of all future annual dues and the fulfillment of annual work hour obligations.
Special Instructions
Winner will be responsible for paying the additional $348 due for the 2014 Swim Season to the Pleasant Hill Aquatics Swimming Pool.
Upon winning this auction, the Winner is required to contact the Donor within two weeks of the auction in order to have the pool membership transferred. Pleasant Hill Aquatics will consider the membership sold when all signed paperwork has been received.
