This private two-hour tour for two will lead you down the Big Sur coast to view magnificent and endangered California Condors. Join our knowledgeable staff as they use radio telemetry to track nearby condors while taking in the beautiful Big Sur coast. In addition you will receive a package of gifts including two Condor t-shirts, two Condor caps, a copy of John Moir's Return of the Condor: The Race to Save Our Largest Bird from Extinction, and a Condor plushie.

Ventana Wildlife Society is committed to conserving native wildlife and their habitats. Rather than dwelling on past mistakes that brought many of our wild animals to the brink, we focus on the present. In its 30-year history, the Society has overseen the successful reintroduction of Bald Eagles and California Condors to the Big Sur coast.

We recover individual species and track the populations of many others so that conservation can be timely as well as effective. Focusing on youth education, we better ensure that future generations have the willingness and capacity to help wildlife. Our vision is to have a society who cares for and supports wildlife across the planet, particularly in California.
