With over 30 years’ experience in mind/body therapies, Colette brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to her work. Her extensive background includes Advanced Cranial Sacral Therapy, bio-aquatic, somatic emotional release with the Upledger Institute, Past Life Regression under the tutelage of Dr. Bryan Weiss of Omega Institute in New York, and advanced and clinical hypnosis training with Dr. Barry Steadman. Colette is also a Certified Life Coach.

Colette has trained with Alberto Villoldo, Ph.D., and is a graduate of the Four Winds Society, Healing the Light Body School and is certified in Energy Medicine, AdvanceSoul Retrieval and Destiny Retrieval. Additionally Colette is a nationally certified massage therapist with training in La Stone therapy, Thai massage, and Shiatsu massage.
