Peter Sterios´ first DVD, Gravity and Grace: Yoga for Finding Your Inner Teacher, was named by Yoga Journal as one of the Top 15 Yoga Videos of All Time. His second, Gravity and Grace: Yoga for Longevity, filmed at Esalen in March 2013, offers a variety of exercises for creating healing, wellness and longevity. 

Peter Sterios's teaching is a reflection of the 35+ years he has enjoyed the practice of yoga. Founder of Manduka, a leading maker of eco-conscious yoga gear (and originator of the legendary Black Mat), as well as co-founder of the m.BODY yoga school in San Luis Obispo, CA, Peter has taught at Esalen since 2007.
