Description

Join us for a day of reflection and transformation. With a healthy awareness of mortality, our lives become more loving and intentional. When hearts break, they can break open. Bring your sorrow and fears, your hope and your joy. All of it is grist for the mill.

Nourish your vitality. Explore possibilities for open-hearted living:

 - Learn 5-minute practices for being in the present moment.

 - Explore ways of being with death and life losses.

 - Learn the most important work of the dying this is our work, too.

 - Identify and learn ways to attend to your own unfinished business.

 - Acknowledge and transform grief.

 - Identify and create a plan to cultivate that which brings you joy.
