Perfectly located on six acres one mile north of Placencia village. 200 feet of beautiful white sand beach are just steps from the house. Our property also stretches all the way to the lagoon, where you can kayak and bird watch. There is a small reef 70 feet from the water's edge where starfish, sea urchin and many colorful fish can be found. The water is calm and safe for swimming. The secluded sandy front yard has papaya, almond and cashew trees, coconut, hibiscus and other flowering bushes. Watch the sunrise from the tiled verandah overlooking the sea. Bicycles, hammocks and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. Town is an easy 30 minute walk along the beach or a quick bike ride or taxi away.
