Special Instructions
SXSW reservation cancellation/change deadline: February 17, 2014. SXSW will charge a $50 processing fee to the credit card on file for this reservation if cancelled or reduced in length of stay within 21 days of scheduled check-in. Changes or cancellations must be made directly to SXSW by one of these methods: 1) social.sxsw.com, 2) email housing@sxsw.com, 3) fax 512-452-4775.
Habitat Suites cancellation/change deadline: March 2, 2014. Guests who no-show or cancel within 7 days of arrival will be charged a one-night penalty by the hotel.
