Imagine your child's delight when his or her big dream comes true with a ride to school in an old-fashioned fire truck. Your child and his or her siblings OR up to 7 of their friends will be picked up (from one location in lower Fairfield Country only, please) and driven to BCDS in a 1928 REO (Remus Eli Olds) fire truck. They will pull up to the school at arrival time with bells clanging, sires screaming and lights a blazing! A space in front of the school will be reserved for the fire truck to be parked for all to see! Get this item while it's HOT!

  • For BCDS families only.


Available for a morning pick-up at a single location in lower Fairfield County, CT only. The fire truck is open to the elements - a date in the warm, spring weather is strongly suggested - date to be mutually agreed upon. Specific arrangements to be made with donor and children. Children will arrive to school at approximately 8am.


 


You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account.  Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between Nov. 20th- Dec. 4th 2013.



  1. Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay the school for the services/items offered.

  2. Unless otherwise noted, the deadline on redeeming services will be November 17, 2014. 

  3. Bi-Cultural Day School warrants neither the quality nor the value of the items or services auctioned. All items are sold in “as is” condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by Bi Cultural Day School. 

  4. Items may not be returned or exchanged.


By participating in this Auction, each bidder recognizes that neither Bi-Cultural Day School nor anyone who assists in conducting this Auction shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from this Auction by reason of use of auctioned items or services.
