Five private, one on one sessions at Pilates Symmetry in Stamford, CT.
This workout is customized to an individuals specific needs. Your sessions utilize the exercises of the Pilates system in the different pieces of apparatus.
Pilates Symmetry specializes in teaching the Classical Pilates Method of Body Conditioning for all body types, various fitness levels, different age levels and special needs.

You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between Nov. 20th- Dec. 4th 2013.
