- assist in obtaining payoff figure and reviewing mortgage commitment from lender, coordinate with mortgage lender to receive all loan documents and funds

- Disbursements are not covered including but not limited to title search, title insurance, federal express charges, bank/wire fees, recording fees and charges for photocopies.
You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between Nov. 20th- Dec. 4th 2013.
- Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay the school for the services/items offered.
