Krav Maga is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces. It's also the preferred system for the U.S. Military and law enforcement personnel. Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, this reality-based system is designed to teach self defense in the shortest possible time. Learn to defend yourself against common chokes, grabs and bear hugs and for adults weapons such as guns, knives and sticks. Just as important we teach people to function during stress and the shock of a sudden attack. Kids learn stranger/danger awareness where flash cards are used and acted out. You'll not only feel powerful, you'll be empowered to do more-and be more!!!

You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between Nov. 20th- Dec. 4th 2013.
