Barbara H Smith is a practicing clinical Nutritionist in Stamford Ct. for the past 29 years.  Prior to coming to Connecticut she worked in the East Coast Holistic Health Center in Manhasset Long Island.

She tailors her food programs for individuals in her practice.  She utilizes blood chemistry analysis, nutritional evaluation and medical necessities to create the individual programs.  Lifestyles are also taken into consideration in creating a program.

She views herself as an educator as well as a health care practitioner.  People seeking to live a healthy extended life can take relatively simple steps to change the course of their health.  It is only through education and action that this is possible.
