Specializing in private yoga therapy in your home or office as well as public classes on Sunday afternoons at the SWCC on 45th and Vermont in SW Portland's beautiful Gabriel Park and classes at the Float Shoppes Yoga Collective on NW 23rd in Portland. Portland Yoga is affiliated with Yoga Warriors a proven therapy for veterans suffering from post traumatic stress.
Special Instructions
Private yoga therapy classes are offered to help students with MS, fibromyalgia, arthritis, balance and aging as wells as post traumatic stress, Adhd and depression. We offer classes for children and family’s as well as classes for people well into their 80’s and 90’s.
