A good meditation bench is probably the most important piece of furniture in your meditation room.  It should put you in a comfortable, upright position that invites good posture to aid in meditation.  This poplar bench will support your spinal column and does not put stress on your knees.  When you are comfortable, you will have greater focus and awareness during your session. 
 
Height is approximately 9 1/2 inches (with a slanted forward seat) and 17 1/2 inches long. All benches will be slightly different since they are hand made.
