Thia's teaching is complemented by twenty four years as a healer and massage therapist. She has taught Yoga to individuals and groups for sixteen years including four years of leading yoga teacher trainings.Every session is uniquely created to the needs/desires of the participants. Appropriate modifications are offered to accomodate injuries and limitations. Breath development, chanting, and meditation are integrated into the practices.

Shipping Costs: $1.00 plus $1.95 insurance(optional). The Charter Foundation is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.

The item can also be picked up at Sebastopol Charter School Wednesday December 18th, between 2pm and 4pm. Unless you are a school parent, you will automatically be charged for shipping unless you contact us before 9:00am, Monday, December 16th.
