Adamvs wines are highly sought after. The Adamvs wines offered on our auction have not yet been released. A barrel of Adamvs went for $20,000 at a recent wine auction. These wines are unreleased.

2010 QUINTVS
A pure and concentrated expression of luscious dark red fruit seamlessly combined with layers of red licorice, anise and a subtle hint of cinnamon. This wine gracefully expands over the palate, revealing velvety tannins and intense flavors integrated with a rich, compelling texture. “The focus is like an arrow: it’s precise and intense and yet very delicate.”

ADAMVS is Latin for “of the red earth,” and our ADAMVS wines are so named having been borne from our red earth. Our Howell Mountain hillside estate includes 28 acres of vineyards situated on rolling hills between elevations of 1,600 and 2,000 feet. For our inaugural Premiere Napa Valley wine, consulting winemaker Philippe Melka and winemaker Jason Valenti have created a Cabernet Sauvignon solely from our west-facing Red Soil vineyard blocks. Wines from this site are marked by layered purity, opulent textures and lush tannins, and display an intense nose of purple mountain florals intertwined with crushed rocks and burning embers—a perfect homage to the terroir and red earth of this Howell Mountain estate.
