Join the head varsity lacrosse coach Mindy Urick and select members of the varsity lacrosse team for an afternoon of lacrosse instruction and training. We'll teach young players the fundamentals for success in a fun and upbeat learning environment. We'll focus on individual skills with the understanding of the relationship to team concepts.
