Description

Daniel Patrick Kessler is a DC Artist known for his folk art prints, red dog paintings, whimsical cats, Washington DC landmark paintings, and more. Inspired by the ornate and colorful holy cards from his Catholic school days, and influenced by modern artists and 17th century Dutch masters as well as Renaissance painters, Kessler's work is distinctive and instantly recognizable. This New Eastern Market Painting was Commissioned by the DC Government to Celebrate the Grand Reopening of the Eastern Market in June 2009. Perfect for a Washington area family home!
