The purchaser will be entitled to Social Member benefits at Champions Run including use of the 18 hole championship course five times per year per membership, full use of the clubhouse including dining rooms and private meeting rooms, charging privileges in all areas of the club, full use of the pool/tennis/fitness complex and the ability to participate in all children's activities and events such as kid nights, swimming lessons, swim & dive team, tennis lessons and competition and junior golf. Adult programs and events are available such as New Year's Eve Bash, Wine Tastings & Cooking Classes, Couples events and much more. The purchaser will be responsible for all applicable dues and fees: $190.00 monthly dues and $800.00 annual food and beverage minimum. This membership is a lifelong membership and need not ever be renewed. The purchaser may choose to terminate the membership at any time in accordance with the Membership Plan and Rules and Standards. Membership must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase date and monthly dues will begin when membership is activated. A Golf initiation deposit is $8,000.00 and can be paid over three years. $3,000 will be due upon joining the club. The remaining $5,000 will be billed in two payments of $2,500 the following two years.
