Celebrity basketball stars Don & Slick Watts will host a two-hour basketball clinic in the Laurelhurst Gym on Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. Join UW basketball star Donald Watts and NBA legend Seattle Supersonics Slick Watts for an afternoon of hoops as they conduct their very own clinic! Shoot, slam, dribble and drive, have fun, and get better at this amazing afternoon of basketball and special memories. After the clinic, kids will enjoy Jersey Mike's Subs, drinks and have their photo taken with Don & Slick. The photo will be emailed to the family. Jen Avellino-to provide food/drink. You may bring your own personal basketball for Don to sign or you may purchase his professional basketball autographed for $49.95 plus tax. Meg Stacker, Don's assistant, will take photos. Along with great basketball instruction, participants will enjoy a lunch of delicious subs, snacks, and drinks from Jersey Mike's Subs. Sign-up limited to 30 kids (boys and girls) in grades 2-5; cost is $50 each.
