The Hutchinson family has generously donated their 3-bedroom, 2-bath A-frame ocean-front vacation home on the beach near Oxnard, for you and up to 9 guests to enjoy for Four Days and Three Nights. The locals say this home has the best deck on the beach, sporting panoramic ocean views. Walk to fun restaurants like local favorites Mrs. Olsens Kitchen and Seafresh, visit the Maritime Museum and check out the certified Organic farmers market held every Sunday rain or shine! What a great way to enjoy time with family and friends at the beach! Home has wireless internet, a couple of beach cruisers, washer & dryer, and Weber BBQ.
Special Instructions
*Reservations are not available during major holidays or during the summer rental season. The purchased time frame expires 12/31/14. The Auction winner provides own linens, towels, and dish towels. No pets, no smoking, no exceeding the 10-person sleeping limit, no parties, and no weddings. A signed contract and security deposit of $600 will be required upon booking dates. Deposit will be refunded after property inspection; within 30 days.
