A Modern American Grill
In the Fall of 2013 restaurateur Alan Rosen, along with Executive Chef Nathan Huntington, embarked on a collective vision to create Enduro, a modern take on the classic American Grill. The name Enduro is a tribute to Alan's grandfather, the late Harry Rosen, who opened the original Enduro restaurant in the early 1920s.
