To celebrate the opening of its dynamic new building, The Museum of Modern Art published this updated edition of MoMA Highlights, an overview of the Museum's collection of modern and contemporary art. This handbook, which contains the curators' selection of some of the most significant artworks in MoMA's collection, presents a chronological overview that takes readers from Post-Impressionism to contemporary art. Interweaving 350 highlights from the Museum's six curatorial departments—painting and sculpture, drawings, prints and illustrated books, photography, architecture and design, and film and media—this volume presents every work in color, and each is accompanied by a brief essay.
Close Up Art Card Game
Discover great works of art as you play new versions of favorite card games, including "Memory", "Old Maid", and two new matching games. Use the 48 cards to go on a treasure hunt at The Museum of Modern Art; several of the works of art featured in the card game are included in the Museum’s collection. For ages 6 and up.
