- Information about how to redeem The Phantom of the Opera tickets and back stage tour will be available for pick up from our storage unit on 43rd and 11th Avenue in Manhattan. Details will be emailed at the close of the auction. If you are unable to pick up your item we would be happy to ship it. $4.95 fee will apply.
- Tickets may be used Tuesday (7pm), Wednesday (8pm), or Thursday (2pm or 8pm), September 23, 2014 - November 14, 2014, excluding holidays and subject to availability.
- Winner should choose several dates in the event that the first choice is unavailable and ticket requests must be made at least 1 week in advance, either through snail mail or fax. He/she will be contacted via email.
