3 classes at Iyengar Yoga at Bija Yoga on 9th Avenue between Judah and Irving. If you are new to Iyengar it is recommended that you attend an intro to Iyengar course.









We offer classes for students of all levels in asana (posture) and pranayama (breathing). We also offer workshops with some of the world's finest teachers, and a 3-year Teacher's Training program.


Yoga can provide each of us as individuals and the world as a whole with skills to improve health, foster serenity, and expand awareness.
