I have been a practitioner since 1999. I have trained in deep tissue massage, table shiatsu, trigger-point work and pregnancy massage, as well as having learned corrective techniques to address specific issues such as lower back pain and spasm, neck issues and shoulder impingement injuries.
What I also bring to my work with clients is over twenty-five years experience as a dancer, having danced professionally from 1985-2000. As a result, I have a deep understanding of how the body functions best, what impedes that functionality and how to bring you and your body back to its greatest capacities and greatest ease.
