Description
Let Synergy Sun Room Teacher, Jesse, and Rich Mooi, Chair of the Department of Invertebrate Zoology & Geology and Curator of Echinoderms (among other things), take 4 kids on a guided tour of the important science being conducted behind the scenes of this venerable institution.
They'll give you a glimpse of the research departments and scientists conducting vital biodiversity research at the Academy. Think... jars of squids, giant crabs, and Mooi's personal favorite, sand dollars. After the tour, you are free to wander through the public part of the museum with your new found knowledge of just how diverse the institution really is.
For 4 student plus one adult
