A San Francisco yoga studio founded in December of 2008, yoga mayu is known for being a down to earth, predominately Vinyasa, yoga studio. The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
