Here's a chance to own a piece of American history.  Up for bidding is a hand-made quilt from the Revolutionary War era. 

Item is a "half-square triangle" antique quilt with many colors of red, white, and blue.  It was hand quilted sometime in the last quarter of the 18th century in Vermont. It measures approximately 74" X 86".  The quilt is in very good to excellent condition with no fraying or loss of integrity.  The cream colored border and back is slightly yellowed in places, probably due to exposure to light.  

This quilt was evaluated by "A True Vermonter Quilts."  It is valued at $800.
