On Tuesday May 6th, 2014, San Francisco restaurateur Jack Krietzman will make Jackson Fillmore, his famous neighborhood trattoria, available for 12 guests to come for a private cooking demonstration and dinner. The perfect way to party! 

Guests arrive at 6:30 PM for a glass of sparkling wine. Jack will demonstrate a hands-on cooking class beginning at 7:00 with a delicious dinner served at 8:00.  Jack will arrange the menu in advance with the host (and address any dietary issues) and will include fresh, seasonal spring vegetables and a Spanish-style Paella. Wines selected by Jack are included in the evening.
