The American Gymnastics Club is San Francisco's finest gymnastics club, offering a comprehensive blend of recreational and competitive instruction. Classes are available at all levels, from beginning to competitive. AGC features beginning through advanced gymnastics for boys and girls ages 5 - 18. Beginning level boys' classes introduce gymnasts to the six basic men's gymnastics events: vault, parallel bars, pommel horse, high bar, rings and floor exercise. Gymnasts will develop their flexibility, posture, balance and strength, as well as their physical confidence.
