Case of Homemade Red Ale Beer

Description
Let master home brewer Scott Ferguson (Henry, 6th) make you a case of homemade Red Ale! It is a traditional red ale, with a copper color and rich flavor. It's brewed with a mix of malted barley and other grains, and a generous infusion of hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. The beer is fairly dry (i.e., not overly sweet or malty), with a nice floral hop finish. The alcohol volume is around 6%.
Special Instructions
Open to the Cathedral community only, please. Please allow extra time for the beer to be aged, should be ready around May 2014. Item must be picked up at school as alcohol cannot be shipped.
