Calling all CSB parents, come join in this fun team-building experience and look and feel great in less than an hour!
Have you been looking for fresh approach to fitness that is effective AND efficient? Look no further! Join a small group of 7th grade parents for a fun, 45-minute upbeat workout in a modern, light-filled studio on Lombard Street in the Marina. The workout combines effective core-focused strength training and cardio in an upbeat group environment – any fitness level is welcome to join! Leave the class feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Session includes an introduction to BodyROK basics and Megaformer machines, socks, refreshments and more!
Special Instructions
While donated by the 7th grade class, this item is open to all CSB community members! Date of our class will be Thursday April 10th, 2014. Arrive promptly at BodyROK at 1:45 to complete waiver and orientation; class begins at 2:00 and will be finished by 3:00. BodyROK is at 2128 Lombard Street (between Fillmore and Steiner Streets). Please allow plenty of time to park.
