- A conceptual sketch showing recommendations for improvement of landscape design
Judy Gelb is a landscape designer and artist. Prior to starting an independent practice she worked for architects, landscape architects, and City Arts Commissions in California as a marketing and project manager.
Judy’s background in the fine arts informs her landscape design work. She embraces the dynamic and sensory nature of landscape and has a passion for ecologically sound, idea driven place-making. She designs experientially rich, water-wise spaces with a focus on local sustainable materials, native plantings, biodiversity, habitat restoration and edible gardens. In addition to her skills in the fine arts and design, she brings a background of project management and multi-disciplinary collaboration to her projects.
