Bryce Harper was selected by the Washington Nationals with the first overall pick in the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft.  The 6'2 baseball star won the 2010 Golden Spikes Award, awarded to the best amateur baseball player.  He made his Major League debut on April 28, 2012 and was selected for the 2012 All-Star Game, becoming the youngest position player to ever be selected.  Harper was named the National League Rookie of the Year after having a stellar season with the Nationals.  With a swing that's been compared to that of Babe Ruth's, Harper has the opportunity to become one of the greatest ballplayers in the game.
