At Hall's Fitness/ShipCity Crossfit, our members range across the board in fitness. We have some that have never worked out before and some that were college athletes. We have current college students, grandparents and all ages in between. We are able to work with you as an individual within our group classes or during private lessons. We can take you from where you are at and guide you to where you want to be.

Good at the Bath location only. Cards will be mailed the week follwoing the end of the auction, picked up at the high school during designated times, or other pickup arrangements may be made.
