Jimmy Howard of the Detroit Red Wings is one of the best young goalies in the NHL.  He took over the starting goalie position when Chris Osgood retired in 2009-10.  Howard was named to the 2011-12 All-Star Team and is a likely candidate to start in goal for the USA 2014 Olympic Team in Japan.
