The connoisseur's series is a unique display of the influence of fine woods on cabernet sauvignon aged 24 months on French or American oak.  The grapes are from some of the best vineyards around St. Helena, Napa Valley.  Unfiltered and hand bottled.  Cave aged in the historic Del Dotto Caves.
