The setting for the Cassidy Park Museum Cook-Off & BBQ is under the beautiful shade trees near the newly landscaped Bogue Lusa Creek and Cassidy Park in Bogalusa, LA.   Amateur chefs compete as 4-man teams in the categories of fowl, seafood, poultry, beef and wild game. Professional chefs also cook, but not as part of the competition. Event is held mid-March.  Tickets are for 2015 event.
