All wine has been stored in temperature controlled environment. Our donor, Laurence F. Akiyoshi, former UP Dad and ongoing supporter, is a partner and principal of an international consulting firm. Among degrees from SMU, Harvard, Columbia, and California State, he has a Certification in Winemaking and Viticulture from the UC Davis. He is regularly in Napa, and stores his collection at his home here in University Park, as well as two other facilities, one in Dallas, one in California.
